Rosemarkie - stepped zig zags and diamonds

Colour: lovat green

Pattern: allover body pattern; stepped zig zags,with stocking stitch (ss) diamonds on a moss stitch background; zig zags are centred front and back, diamonds at sides

Welt: single rib 9.5 cm (3.75 inches)

Chest: 104 cm (41 inches)

Gusset: approximately 10 cm (4 inches) long, 6 cm (2.5 inches) wide

Shoulders:  rows reverse ss, 3 rows ss, 4 rows moss, 3 rows ss, 3 rows reverse ss, cast off together with back shoulder stitches

Sleeves: plain; 1 purl stitch false seam; cuff 5.5 cm (2.25 inches) single rib

Neck: 5 cm (2 inches) single rib fastened with 2 buttons; opening: 8 stitchess garter stitch for buttons, 10 stitches garter stitch for button holes, overlap: 5 stitches
